Yes. With our very competitive pricing plan, we are here to assist your company with sales growth. At PPFI our employees considers themselves a part of your team. How do we get our products to PPFI fulfillment center? When starting up with us PPFI can arrange for pick-up of your items or you may have them delivered to our facility. How are orders transmitted to PPFI? You will be utilizing a state of the art, on-line ordering system or you also have the option of email, text, fax, or by telephone. Does PPFI charge extra for orders that are sent different ways? No, you can place an order any way you wish. What are your shipping methods and costs? PPFI uses FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, Local and Long Distance carriers. We can provide our customers with shipping discounts, and rates for anywhere in the world within a 4 hour timeframe. Do you send email confirmations when the order is shipped? Yes, confirmation emails are supplied to our clients and their customers as standard procedure. Depending on the carrier, the email will include the tracking number. How do you manage backorder shipping? When an item is sold that is out of stock, the order is marked as a backorder and held until the new inventory arrives. When the inventory arrives all the backorders are filled and shipped. Who provides the insurance for my inventory? PPFI carries an umbrella policy on our facility which covers your materials for any loss due to fire, water and theft. When do you usually ship orders? All orders are shipped within a 48 to 72 hour window from the time the order has been placed. Currently (through December of 2007) PPFI fulfilled 99.7% of orders within a 24 hour time frame and continues to maintain or increase that margin. Do you provide kitting and assembly services?
