Pacful, Inc.
is the solution for your company’s warehousing and fulfillment needs. By outsourcing your storage, fulfillment and shipping, you will be free to concentrate on what is really important for you and your company: marketing, service and sales.
Warehousing
- We receive your inventory and store it in our Rancho Cordova or Redwood City facility (over 80,000 sq feet of warehouse space) with 24hr security, sprinkler system, locked and gated secured areas. The process is quick and easy, just have your products shipped to us. Pacful, Inc. handles everything from point of delivery onto our receiving areas. Our on-line computer system maintains inventory control with real time inventory counts over your product starting from the time it enters the warehouse until it leaves. You do not have to be concerned with lost or missing items. Low inventory notices will automatically be sent to your email, helping to ensure that your products are never out of stock. In the warehouse, your products sit safely awaiting an order. In addition to receiving and storing, we also offer assembly or kitting that your products may require.
Order Fulfillment
- Once you or your client orders from the on-line ordering system we will retrieve the item or items from their location, package and prepare them for shipping, thus the term “Click, Print and Ship”. Once your order has been placed from the moment until it reaches your customer, you will have the capability to track your order through our on-line program. We provide confirmation emails to our clients showing shipment date, order number and product listing.
Shipping
- We utilize all major carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL International, USPS and local and long distance carriers. The shipping labels are bar-coded, so your product will reach the correct location. Once your order has been placed from the moment until it reaches your customer, you will have the capability to track your order through our on-line program.
